Neelesh Srivastava

Neelesh Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Neelesh began their career in 2016 as a Process Associate at Genpact, where they facilitated documentations and certifications for U.S clients. In 2018, they worked as an Operations Supervisor at Dabur India Limited, gaining experience in quality analysis and witnessing the manufacturing of various Ayurvedic and Herbal products. Later that year, Neelesh joined JCB as a Corporate Social Responsibility Associate, where they worked on CSR activities and specifically contributed to the Lady Bamford Charitable Trust. In 2018, they also worked as a Sr. Business Development Executive at Benzara Inc., responsible for strategic sourcing and facilitating the import/export and dropship models of the business. From 2020 to 2021, Neelesh served as an Assistant Sourcing Manager at Ferns N Petals Pvt. Ltd, where they were one of the founding members of the FnP Gift Mall team. Currently, they work as a Business Operations Analyst at SquadStack.

Neelesh Srivastava completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from H.R. Institute of Technology, Morta, Ghaziabad, from 2013 to 2016. Neelesh then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Operations Management and Marketing from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's - Usha and Lakshmi Mittal Institute Of Management between 2017 and 2019.

Furthermore, Neelesh Srivastava obtained the IAB Digital Marketing and Media Foundations Certification from Google in July 2020.
