Elina Girne

Elina Girne has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as a Member of the international legal network Legalmondo since March 2018 and as an Honorary Member of AIJA since August 2023. Elina has held leadership positions at Noventiq and Squalio, overseeing legal assistance and compliance management across European operations. Previous roles include service as Chief Legal Officer and Board Member at Squalio Group and various positions within AIJA, including President of the Corporate Counsel Commission. Elina's legal career began at Law Firm AmberLaw and Law Office Girne & Partners, alongside contributions to the Latvian Tax Advisors Association and the Electronic Invoicing Gateway. Elina holds a Master's degree in Law Sciences from Latvijas Universitate.
