Richard Pacheco

As the Chef Human Resources Officer Richard is responsible for the recruitment of all employees, as well as the development and implementation of succession and retention programs. He also assists in maximizing the company’s performance by aligning talent with the organization’s leadership and goals. Richard joined SQUAN in 2019 bringing major private equity experience and strong labor negotiation skills having served as chief negotiator for major multi-site negotiations that maximized resources saving millions of dollars.

Richard’s career spans a broad range of industries including consumer products, transportation/logistics and retail service operations in both union and non-union environments throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Asia as well as Central and South America. He has worked with PepsiCo, Playtex International, Worldwide Flight Services, Toll Freight Forwarding and LVMH. Richard is recognized for his proactive, pragmatic approach to HR solutions that drive growth and build shareholder value.

Richard holds a B.S from Providence College and an MBA in Finance from Wilmington College.
