Ginette Kilroy has over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Ginette most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Cornerstone, where they were responsible for the overall management of the people, brand, communications, and facilities teams. Prior to that, they held the role of People, Brand, Communications and Facilities Director at Cornerstone, where they received recognition for their work in employee engagement and COVID response. Ginette has also worked as a People Director and Head of People at Cornerstone, as well as an HR Business Partner at both Cornerstone and Thames Water. Ginette has also held HR roles at Specsavers, Visa Europe, HFC Bank, MSC Software, and Royal Brompton Hospital.
Ginette Kilroy has a diverse education history in the field of human resources and leadership. Ginette obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Management Studies from Brunel University London in 2003. Following that, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in personnel and development from Buckinghamshire New University in 2005. In 2009, they completed their Master's degree in Human Resources from the same institution.
In terms of professional certifications, Ginette obtained the Talent Q Practitioner certification from Korn Ferry Hay Group in July 2017. In November 2018, they became a MBTI Step 1 Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company. Ginette further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining the MCIPD (Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) certification from CIPD in June 2020. In May 2021, Ginette acquired the Lumina Select Practitioner certification from Lumina Learning.
Ginette's pursuit of continuous learning in their field led their to undertake a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they completed an Advanced Management Practice program from the same institution in 2018.
Overall, Ginette Kilroy Chartered FCIPD, MA HRM, BSC Hons has invested in their education and professional development to build a strong foundation in human resources, leadership, and coaching.
