Jessica Lipson

Jess joins the Square 2 Marketing team with 15-plus years of experience in human resources. Before Square 2 Marketing, she worked primarily in the advertising/media arena, performing HR duties in everything from employee relations, benefits administration, coaching and training on down to recruiting.

Jess attended the University of Delaware, where she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and consumer economics. Shortly after graduation, she started her HR career in New York City. In an effort to advance her career in HR, Jess returned to her hometown of Philadelphia and received her master’s degree in HR management from Holy Family University. She has worked in the Philadelphia area ever since.
