Norm Schurdell

Norm is an ACE (Agile Creative Engineer) who is passionate about building web applications the right way! Norm has been developing and improving upon web applications since 1995 and has degrees in Electronics Engineering, Graphic Design and Ministry.

Using his entrepreneurial spirit, he continually strives to help companies find ways to integrate and improve engineering, design, marketing and scalable systems to achieve big goals. He has worked with nearly every CMS out there and has integrated technologies into websites and sales systems as far back as ColdFusion (1995) and Salesforce (1999).

Norm has worked for small, medium and large agencies alike, helping to improve their tech stack, automation, security, back end/front end and development/design teams to create effective web experiences. He even helped launch the first real estate mobile app in Sacramento, CA in 2011.

That same year, he also wrote a simple application to fix the Apple Macintosh Dreamweaver preview in Firefox. When he is not helping teams develop the best web applications out there, he can be found laughing a lot or using his multimedia experience to add that little something extra to wow clients and investors!

In addition to his 30 years of creative/development experience, he and his wife, Joy, have nearly as many years serving youth ministries as certified whitewater, rock climbing and backpacking guides in California and Idaho. Together they have traveled to over 18 different countries, teaching, training and pioneering efforts around the globe to reach students with the message of faith, hope and love.
