Lou Kirsch

Lou Kirsch has over 37 years of professional experience. Lou began their career in 1984 as a Programmer at Prudential Financial. In 1994, they became a Senior Business Analyst at MicroIntegration. In 2000, they began working at Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Global Solutions Consultant. During their time there, they provided pre-sales support to the field, designed and implemented services for Kofax Capture v5 through v10, created custom export connectors for Kofax batch classes, configured customized export connectors, and implemented and configured Kofax KTM. In 2013, they moved to Toshiba America as a Solutions Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Square 9 Softworks as a Business Solutions Consultant.

Lou Kirsch obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Kutztown State College between 1975 and 1979. Lou also holds certifications from AIIM International in AIIM BPM and AIIM ECMs, as well as certifications from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Database Developer 2008 (MCITP) and Microsoft Power Platform.
