Andrew Metcalfe

Andrew Metcalfe began their career in IT as a PC Technician and later worked as a PC Hardware Technician. In 1996, they became a PC Technician, RMA Manager, and PC Salesperson at Direct Solutions Ltd. Andrew then joined OnQ Marketing in 1997 as an IT Support specialist, where they provided PC and hardware support and led training and in-house product support programs. In 2000, Andrew became an IT Manager at Enovator / Nel Tel Communications Ltd, where they managed IT and telephony support, infrastructure, and a team of developers, artists, and analysts. Since 2001, they have been with Square Enix, initially in various IT roles and finally as the Director of IT Operations. In this role, they managed multiple global IT teams, budgets, and projects focused on technology change management and business transformation.
