Benjamin Spence

Benjamin Spence has extensive work experience in HR and management positions. Benjamin started their career at Apple Retail, where they worked for 8 years in various leadership roles, focusing on delivering excellent employee experiences and managing projects to support employee well-being and productivity. In 2013, they joined Square Enix as a Senior HR Officer and later progressed to the role of HR Manager, where they provided generalist HR support and implemented various policies and initiatives. Currently, Benjamin holds the position of Head of HR Europe at Square Enix, responsible for developing and delivering HR strategies to support the business goals of the company.

Benjamin Spence has a education history that includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geographical Science from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 2000 and 2003. Benjamin later pursued further education at Accacia Learning, where they obtained a CIPD HR Practice Diploma from 2011 to 2012. Recently, they completed an MSc & CIPD LVL 7 degree in Human Resources Management from London South Bank University, which they finished in 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Benjamin has obtained additional certifications, including an HR Practice Diploma from CIPD in 2012 and a certification on "A Guide to ERGs (Employee Resource Groups)" from LinkedIn in 2021.
