René Ouandji

René OUANDJI has over two decades of experience in consulting and project management, currently serving as a Partner and Principal at Tallis Consulting since October 2010. In this role, René leads the "Transformation des Organisations" division, focusing on business development, strategic marketing, and innovation in areas such as Target Operating Model and Business Process Management. Prior to this, René held senior management positions at ACCENTURE, where responsibilities included business development in the EMEA region and project leadership in financial services, and at CREDIT AGRICOLE LEASING, overseeing project management and team leadership in specialized financial services. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role at Capgemini in the telecom sector. René holds an engineering degree in computer and automatism from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique, graduated in 1999.
