Amy Underwood

Amy has over 10 years of experience with robotics and in her current role Amy orchestrates the development of robots from concept to HazLoc-certified product. A true unicorn, Amy provides a well-rounded, detail-oriented view of a robot's design challenges, as well as history working with data management, process engineering, mechanical and software design. She is a former Senior Systems Engineer, Program Manager, and Technical Lead at Bluefin Robotics. At Bluefin, Amy supported multiple AUV programs; defining architectures, writing requirements, generating and executing verification tests, and operating AUVs. Amy has a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire with a focus in systems modeling, simulation, and control.
