Ali Khachlouf

Ali Khachlouf has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Ali is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of SquareMind, a company developing disruptive solutions for oncology purposes. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the CEO of MC, an executive search and event company specializing in high-caliber talent sourcing in the UAE and North Africa. Ali also worked as an Entrepreneur at Entrepreneur First, a company builder investing in ambitious technologists to build deep technology startups. Ali has extensive strategy consulting experience as a Senior Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman, advising Boards and C-level executives on strategy, growth, and large-scale transformation programs. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at DTZ Asset Management, co-managing real estate portfolios for top-tier private equity and global banks. Ali started their career as an M&A analyst at Caisse des dépôts Group - Egis, involved in the acquisition of engineering companies across Europe.

Ali Khachlouf has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in General Engineering from CentraleSupélec. Ali also completed an exchange program at ESCP Business School's London campus. In addition, they successfully passed the CFA Level 2 exam.
