Adam Balter

Adam Balter is a seasoned quantitative researcher currently employed at Squarepoint Capital since April 2023. In addition, Adam serves on the Advisory Board for the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy since October 2022. Prior to joining Squarepoint Capital, Adam was under a garden leave/non-compete agreement from December 2022 to April 2023 and held the position of Head of DeltaOne Quant Trading Group at HAP Capital from December 2017 to November 2022. Previously, Adam worked as a Portfolio Manager at Verition Fund Management LLC from September 2016 to August 2017 and as a Derivatives Trader at Bluefin Trading LLC from June 2009 to March 2016. Adam has academic credentials from Cornell University and Stanford University.
