Andrew Buonauro

Andrew Buonauro has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Andrew currently holds the position of Global Head of High Touch Trading (non-equity) at Squarepoint Capital. In this role, they are responsible for trading, relationship management, and execution research in various financial sectors including fixed income, mortgages, credit, FX, and commodities.

Prior to joining Squarepoint Capital, Andrew worked as a Director at Element Capital Management from October 2016 to March 2022. Before that, they served as a Trader at BlueCrest Capital Management from August 2012 to October 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Associate at Nomura from April 2011 to August 2012, and as an AVP at BNP Paribas from October 2007 to March 2011.

Following this, in 2006 and 2007, they pursued a Certificate in International Business Practice at the University of Cambridge.
