Karim El Hallaoui

Karim El Hallaoui is an experienced Data Scientist currently working at Squarepoint Capital since June 2018. Previously, Karim served as a Researcher at The University of Hong Kong from May 2017 to June 2018 and as a Data Scientist at PMG Technologies for a brief period in early 2017, focusing on Java development for data analysis and reporting tools. Additionally, Karim has held student engineer positions at ITF Labs, Discovery Air Defence Services, and Société Métallurgique d'Imiter. Karim holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a focus on Machine Learning from McGill University, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2016, in addition to a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in the same field from McGill University, attained from 2011 to 2015.
