Muhammad Salman Mehmood

Muhammad Salman Mehmood is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer for the Foundations Platform at Squarespace since October 2017, focusing on the design and management of highly available services utilizing Java and Golang. Previously, Muhammad has held significant roles at Squarespace, including leading the Media Platform and working on backend performance engineering, as well as having served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included core order management systems and performance optimization. Muhammad’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Systems from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
