Rachel Raz has over 10 years of experience in customer success and sales roles. Rachel is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at squaretalk, where they lead an international team and focuses on exceeding company goals. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Tenufa Bakehila - Building Hope as a Customer Success Manager & Biz Dev, where they proactively increased loyalty among strategic partners and uncovered opportunities for new partnerships and growth. Before that, they worked at Yvel Jewelry as an International Sales Rep & Customer Success Manager, managing the sales and up-sells process and serving as the main point of contact for clients worldwide. Rachel's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Team Leader at City of David, where they successfully led a sales team, managed the operation of the flagship store, and initiated business collaborations with corporate clients.

Rachel Raz completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in Graphic Design at Emuna Academy from 2009 to 2013. Rachel then pursued further education at Ono Academic College, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2017 to 2019.
