Caroline Rich

Caroline Rich is the Senior Director of Legal, Compliance and Regulation at SquareTrade. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Osborne Clarke where Caroline held various positions including Solicitor, Associate Director, and Senior Associate. Caroline's experience includes secondment to a utility provider where Caroline worked in areas such as litigation, operations, regulatory, commercial, and general advisory. Caroline has a LLB (hons) in Law from the College of Law, Guildford and a MA (hons) in English from the University of Dundee.
