The executive team at Squirro has a history of experience in various industries and fields of education. Members of the team have served on the Council of the Municipality of Zollikon, the Advisory Board at Systemcredit, and the Advisory Board at Calingo Insurance AG. They have also been involved with Onedot, memonic.com, and local.ch ag. In addition, they have experience as a teacher at ISPP Diego Thomson and as an owner at Arroba. The team members have also attended various schools such as the University of Aberdeen, the University of St.Gallen, TBZ Technische Berufsschule Zürich, and EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne).
