Will Millard

Will is an Associate Director at SQW, and focuses on the work relating to education, children and young people. A former teacher and school leader, Will joined SQW from The Centre for Education and Youth, a thinktank providing research, evaluation, campaigning and policy consultancy.

Will has worked with a wide range of clients including businesses, universities, local and national government, and third sector organisations. He has led major, multi-year evaluations of Arts Council England’s £1.2 million Creative Writing in Schools programme, and the Mercers’ Company’s six-year Transitions Special Initiative. Will has provided research and consultancy to organisations such as the BookTrust, Greater London Authority, Gatsby Foundation, Careers and Enterprise Company, Mishcon de Reya, Nesta and Pearson.
