Àngels F. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Àngels is currently the HR Director Spain at SR Technics Group, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Executive Search Consultant and Headhunter at Sirania Recursos Humanos in 2021. Àngels also served as a Tutor of TFM Dirección y Gestión de Recursos Humanos at UA - Universidad de Alicante in the same year.

In 2021, Àngels held the role of Career and Professional Development Advisor at BRúJULA LABORAL. Àngels was responsible for providing career guidance and vocational counseling to students at various educational levels.

From 2020 to 2021, Àngels worked as a freelance Headhunter and Executive Recruiter, handling both confidential and open recruitment processes for national and international companies. Àngels also collaborated with HR companies and selection consultants.

At Banco Santander, Àngels served as a Mentor in the "Mujeres con S" program from 2020 to 2021. Àngels mentored women in leadership roles, providing them with personal resources and tools to help them achieve their professional goals.

Àngels also acted as a Mentor in the e-FP program from 2020 to 2022, guiding young students in entrepreneurship projects related to their vocational training.

In Proa Group, a family-owned automotive and rent a car company, Àngels held the position of Corporate HR Director from 2017 to 2020. Àngels was responsible for establishing and organizing the HR department, managing a team of 9 individuals. Àngels'sresponsibilities included strategic HR planning, recruiting, and selection, training, and implementing HR processes.

Additionally, in 2016, Àngels acted as a Mentor at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.

Currently, they are also working as a Professor of Strategic Management and HR in the Executive MBA in Hotel and Tourism Management at ESCUELA UNIVERSITARIA DE TURISMO FELIPE MORENO.
