Allison Julian

Allison Julian, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources. Allison is currently the Human Resources Director for North America and Europe at SRAM, LLC since July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Director for North America at SRAM, LLC from July 2019. Before joining SRAM, LLC, Allison worked at Ingersoll Rand as a Human Resources Project Manager for Talent Management from September 2010 to January 2013. Allison also served as an Early Talent Manager for Talent Management from March 2008 to September 2010 and as a Talent Acquisition Partner from June 2007 to March 2008. Allison began their career at Volt as a Senior Recruiter/Contractor from March 2007 to June 2007. Prior to that, they worked at Brinker International as a Logistics and Distribution Analyst from February 2005 to August 2006 and at Hewlett-Packard as a Project Specialist/Purchasing from January 2003 to December 2004.

Allison Julian, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University between 1993 and 1997. Allison also holds additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011 and the SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2014. In 2013, they obtained the Predictive Index Analyst certification from PI Worldwide, and in 2015, they became a PI Certified Practitioner through The Predictive Index.
