Kelsey Kraai

Kelsey Kraai, CCP, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Services Manager at SRAM, LLC, a position held since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing HR processes, global total rewards, HRIS, payroll, and expat management. Prior roles at Nexus Distribution (2011 - 2014) included Senior Compensation Analyst, Senior HR Generalist, and HR Manager, where Kelsey developed and implemented a Return to Work Program and aligned HR metrics with corporate goals. Earlier experience as Assistant HR Manager involved reorganizing the company into regional profit centers and managing workers' compensation cases. Kelsey began a career in HR as an Intern at Boar's Head in 2010, conducting audits and optimizing procedures. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Society from Michigan State University.
