Bala Adhi

Bala Adhi has extensive experience in the shipping industry. They started their career in 2011 at Maersk Line as an Electrical Officer, primarily responsible for inspecting reefer containers and maintaining electrical/electronic plant and machinery. In 2015, they moved to A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Senior Reefer Superintendent, where they focused on continuous improvement, planning reefer kits for vessels, and working out procurement with OEMs. Currently, Bala Adhi holds the position of Reefer Technical Head at Sravan Shipping Services Private Limited.

Bala Adhi completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajalakshmi Engineering College between 2006 and 2010. Following this, in 2010 to 2011, Bala Adhi pursued a Master's degree in Marine electrical at Amet University Chennai. Additionally, Bala Adhi attended Karthikeyan Mat HR SEC School from 2004 to 2006 and AVM Meiyappan Mat HR SEC School from 1992 to 2004, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for these institutions.
