Prior to joining SRC, Adam managed Engineering and Quality operations at Komatsu, ensuring ISO 9001 certification and leading quality improvement initiatives. Adam's career includes a role as a Product Development Engineer at Cummins, specializing in engine components, and as a Design Engineer at Lexmark, focusing on mechanical design and analysis. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and has furthered education through the Great Game of Business program.
