Andrew M. Hutcher

Andrew Hutcher is currently a Senior Counsel at SRD Legal Group, focusing on corporate and securities law, strategic advisory work, and investment funds. Prior to this, Andrew held various roles at Credit Suisse, including Managing Director, where Andrew managed legal teams and led key regulatory reforms. Hutcher also worked as an Associate Attorney at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Johnson & Wortley, and served as a Legislative Assistant for the Lieutenant Governor of Alabama. Hutcher holds a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
