Philip Kulis

Philip Kulis, PE, PTOE, RSP2, is an experienced Senior Project Manager at SRF Consulting Group, specializing in traffic engineering and preliminary engineering projects across Minnesota and the Midwest. With a strong background that includes roles such as Project Manager and Senior Associate at the same company, Kulis has successfully conducted traffic operations analyses, safety analyses, and travel patterns analyses, leading to informed decision-making for numerous agencies. Kulis also holds leadership positions within the North-Central Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, serving as President and currently as Senior Transportation Engineer.
