Jai P. Chauhan is one of the Directors, also looking after Operations as Site Head (SRF Altech) and Project.

Jai P. Chauhan, a 20-year-old veteran, has led the successful and timely completion of projects for SRF Limited in Thailand, South Africa, India, and Hungary, he has been one of the key pillars towards accelerated growth of the SRF Group. He is an inspiring source towards end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within SRF Values boundaries and inspiring positive change for the planet and people.

Before joining SRF, Mr. Chauhan started his career with Ester Industries in 2002 as an assistant engineer. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the shift operation. In 2004, he joined SRF Ltd as Shift Incharge, during his journey in SRF he gained vast experience in different departments like Quality, Production Planning and Control (PPC), Purchase, and Operations. He also raised the bar by taking the challenge of a de-bottling project for the BOPET line. Being the veteran in the SRF group he has climbed the ladder of new responsibilities and has seen tremendous growth individually and professionally.

Before serving as Director, Jai P Chauhan’s dedication and continuous strive for betterment and higher result orientation has ensured that the projects he has commissioned are state of art. In this role, he was responsible for carrying out the company’s corporate strategy, working closely with business units to deliver top-line growth, driving productivity to enable this growth, and investing in new areas of disruptive innovation.

Jai P Chauhan is a native of Uttar Pradesh, Born on 04th Aug 1981, he completed his Diploma in Chemical Technology from BTE, Lucknow. Then he did his Project Management at IIM Indore.
