Santosh Kumar Gautam

Santosh Kumar Gautam is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in process excellence and business analysis across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Manager TQM at SRF Limited since June 2018, Santosh specializes in Total Quality Management processes. Previously, in the role of Senior Manager for Business Excellence at Ispat Industries Ltd, expertise included statistical analysis, TPM, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies. Prior experience at Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd involved process improvement and sustainability projects, while initial roles at Aditya Birla Group focused on mining operations and production planning. Santosh holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and has completed an international immersion in operation management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
