Kyle Vanraaphorst

Kyle Vanraaphorst currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at SRG Global since February 2025. Prior to this role, Kyle served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ford Motor Company from November 2023 to December 2024 and at Kellogg Company from January 2016 to November 2023, where responsibilities included providing Employee Relations support for a large non-union manufacturing site and managing the full recruitment life-cycle for North American Manufacturing and Supply Chain roles. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Learning and Development from Oakland University and two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration (Marketing) from Ferris State University.
