Currently serving in condition monitoring at SRG Global since September 2017, Paul held positions as Asset Performance Team Lead at BAE Systems from June to December 2015, and Reliability Supervisor at Resolute Mining Limited in Mali from 2013 to 2015. Previous experience includes working as a Condition Monitoring Technician at SKF Group (2008-2013) and Metlabs (2005-2007). Paul began a career in the Royal Australian Navy as a Marine Technician from 1995 to 2002.
