Hari Purushothaman

Hari Purushothaman has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Hari started their career in 1996 as the Deputy General Manager at Rane TRW Steering Systems Ltd., where they were responsible for talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. In 2004, they joined Reliance BPO Pvt Ltd as the General Manager - HR, overseeing the entire range of HR functions such as talent acquisition, talent retention, compensation and benefits, HR policies, employee engagement, benchmarking, and performance appraisal. Hari continued their role as the General Manager - HR when Reliance BPO Private Limited was formed. In 2011, Hari Purushothaman became the Vice President - HR at Sri City Special Economic Zone, where they still hold this position. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong analytical skills, effective leadership, and the ability to build, motivate, and retain manpower.

Hari Purushothaman obtained a BA degree in Political Science from Corley High School, completing their education from 1979 to 1981.
