Alex Rodriguez

Alex Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits. Alex started their career at John Hancock as an International Group Program (IGP) Account Assistant. Alex then worked at Nareit as a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator before joining Vangent, Inc. as a Sr. Compensation and Benefits Administrator. After that, they worked at ANSER Corporation as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst. Alex then held the position of Sr. Compensation Analyst at Choice Hotels International and Lockheed Martin. Alex then joined FINRA as a Program Manager, Compensation. Currently, they are working at SRI International, where they have held roles as Senior Compensation Analyst, Associate Director of Compensation, and now as Director of Compensation.

Alex Rodriguez attended Northeastern University where they earned a B.S. degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
