Previous roles include Director of Public Interest Technology at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and Senior Technology Fellow at the ACLU. Jon Callas has significant experience in security management, having worked at Apple as a Security Design and Architecture Manager and as a Chief Technical Officer at Entrust and Silent Circle. Jon Callas co-founded Blackphone and PGP Corporation, emphasizing a strong foundation in cryptography and concurrent programming systems. Education includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
