Casey Coppage

As a Divisional Director of Resident Services for SRI Management, Casey develops and implement training and education of company and state policies to the Community Directors of Nursing. She also personally aim to educate and teach the staff that is caring for their residents.

Casey started with SRI Management in 2011 as a floor nurse in one of the communities. She grew to the Assistant Director of Resident Services and then the Director of Resident Services for that community and held her position there for 7 years. In 2018 she joined the SRI Management’s corporate team with a desire to assist other Directors of Resident Services in being compliant with regulations and implement ways to maintain tasks and responsibilities in a manageable way.

When she started nursing school in 2007 she was adamant, she wanted to work with children and babies. About halfway through the nursing program, she discovered a love for the senior population. It caused her to change directions and when she graduated in 2009 with her LPN license she went straight into working in long-term care communities. Casey never looked back. Her goals with SRI Management are to continue to expand the training programs to provide the best possible care to their residents while maintaining exceptional standards both in care and compliance with regulations.
