Tiaan Bauman

Tiaan Bauman, Pr. Eng, Pr. CPM, is a seasoned Principal Civil Engineer and Partner at SRK Consulting, with a focus on business development, engineering design, and management of multidisciplinary water projects across mining, municipal, and manufacturing sectors since May 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at Quanta Services Africa, specializing in transmission and distribution line maintenance, as well as a Divisional Leader for Construction Management Services at Golder Associates Africa, where Tiaan managed complex EPCM projects involving various water treatment systems. Early career experience includes hydraulic design work at GFJ (Pty) Ltd. Tiaan holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Pretoria, along with a Cum Laude diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a certificate in Advanced Project Management.
