Prosenjit Mukherjee

Prosenjit Mukherjee has over 15 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Prosenjit is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at SRKay Consulting Group, where they are responsible for managing global human capital and people excellence across multiple countries. Previously, they served as the Group CHRO at Azure Knowledge Corporation, a leading provider of knowledge process outsourcing services. Prosenjit has also held HR leadership positions at KocharTech and Aegis Limited, where they contributed to the formulation of HR policies, systems, and strategies. Prosenjit started their career as a management trainee at Infosys.

Prosenjit Mukherjee completed a Management Development Program in Human Resources Development at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce and Administration from Annamalai University from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Prosenjit has also obtained several certifications, including a Digital Transformation Specialist Certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, an Expert Webinar certification from Parul University in 2020, an Organizational Culture certification from LinkedIn in 2020, a Fellowship Certified Keynote Speaker from Indus University - Company in 2018, and a Fellowship in Global CEO and HR Conclave from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2017. Prosenjit also received the Long Service and Excellence Award in 2012 from Aegis Limited, the Center Excellence Award in 2011 from Aegis Limited, and the Star Performer of the Year (Aspire Program) award in 2008 from Aegis Global.
