His last stint was with Metropolis Healthcare Limited, as Associate Vice President-Customer Experience & prior to which he’s been engaged with ITES-BPO Segments like 3G Hutchison, American Express & also Shoppers Stop, Retail Chain of Stores.

He has been leading different verticals that cover Home Services Operations, Customer Services at Retail Outlets, Call Centre Operations & Process Excellence; playing a key role in Strategic Planning, Customer Retentions & Lifecycle Management, Go To Market Strategy & Communication, Hospital & Franchisee Management.
