Varun comes with more than 20 years of experience in the domain of Human Resources, having worked across diverse Industries like Hotel, Financial Services, Information Technology and Healthcare. Prior to joining SRL, He was working with Religare Group as the Senior Vice President - HR for their India business, where he was a key member of the Executive Committee and developed company-wide HR strategy in line with business objectives. He brings in holistic view on the People Management because of his hands-on experience in all across domain of HR & IR which he has done through people and by taking them along all the way.
