Douglas Nigliar

Douglas Nigliar is an accomplished designer with extensive experience in endomarketing, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently a Senior Designer at SRM ASSET, Douglas has previously worked with Zé Delivery, where responsibilities included developing the visual identity for the careers page and leading diverse campaigns for events and internal communication. Douglas has a background in coordinating creative teams at agencies such as Fess'Kobbi Comunicação and Agência Molla, creating compelling marketing collateral across various media. Douglas holds a degree in Design from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has completed several courses at Senac and Escola Conquer, focusing on video editing, internal communication, and design thinking.
