Kelsey Trundle

Kelsey Trundle is an experienced professional currently serving as an Infrastructure Consultant at SROA Capital since October 2022, contributing to real estate investment strategies in the self-storage sector. Kelsey is also the CEO and Co-Founder of GTEC, a women-owned talent acquisition firm launched in February 2022, focused on enhancing organizational performance through strategic talent solutions. Previously, Kelsey held several leadership roles, including Director of TEC Training and Education at the Wireless Infrastructure Association and National Director of Business Development at Smartlink, LLC. Kelsey’s career includes diverse positions in business development and recruitment. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Randolph-Macon College and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business/Commerce at Harvard University.
