Paulo Bandeira

Paulo Bandeira is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law and investment. Currently serving as a Director at INVESTORS PORTUGAL since April 2022, Paulo is also a Business Angel at REDangels and the Manager of the Startup Lab by SRS, focusing on fintech and related sectors. As a Partner at SRS Advogados, Paulo leads the Corporate Finance department and the firm's Startups practice. Additionally, Paulo is involved with the Union Internationale des Avocats, having served as President of the Startups and Venture Capital working group and currently as a member of the Executive Committee of the Portuguese Section. With a solid educational foundation in law from the University of Lisbon and a post-graduation in Securities Law, Paulo has also contributed to the Fórum de Administradores de Empresas as General Secretary from 2010 to 2020, supporting the organization's mission to facilitate discussions among company directors.
