Vishnu Kiran Gadila has worked in the field of IT recruitment for several companies. VISHNU KIRAN started their career as an IT Recruiter at Capital Recruitment Service from May 2012 to May 2014. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting candidates for various positions, including contract and full-time positions, and for candidates with different visa status.

Vishnu Kiran Gadila completed their primary education from Spring Dales High School from 2000 to 2007, where they obtained their Secondary School Certificate (SSC). VISHNU KIRAN then attended Vishwa Jyothi Junior College from 2007 to 2009 for their high school education and received their degree in CEC. Later, Vishnu pursued their Bachelor's of Commerce (B.Com.) with a specialization in Computer Science from Osmania University, completing it from 2009 to 2012.
