Melissa Morse

Melissa Morse has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Melissa started their career in 1995 at Pentad Properties Inc. as a Mapping Specialist, where they created maps and real estate market packages. Melissa also assisted real estate agents in preparing documents and handled bookkeeping tasks.

In 1998, Melissa joined Site Reach as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, they corresponded and coordinated with national tenant clients and acted as a communications liaison for lease negotiations. Melissa continued in this position until 2005.

From 2005 to 2008, Melissa worked at Staubach Retail Services as a Marketing Specialist. Melissa'sresponsibilities included corresponding and coordinating with national tenant clients, facilitating lease negotiations, and creating marketing packages and property listing brochures.

Melissa joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2008 and held several roles in the company. Melissa started as an Account Manager, where they oversaw small shops leasing and managed a deal pipeline of 65-100 transactions. Melissa then became a Business Manager and later a Senior Operations Coordinator.

Currently, Melissa is working at SRS Real Estate Partners as the Director of Business Intelligence Systems, a position they started in May 2021. Melissa also previously held the role of CRM & Marketing Content Manager since 2015.

Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated strong skills in marketing, lease negotiations, coordination, and operations management.

Melissa Morse holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drawing & Painting from the University of Utah. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as a Salesforce Customer Experience Ambassador from Salesforce in September 2020, and as a Real Estate Salesperson from the State of Utah and the State of Arizona.
