Patrick Nutt

Patrick Nutt has a strong background in real estate, with experience working at SRS Real Estate Partners and Calkain Companies. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Co-Market Leader for South Florida at SRS, Patrick leads the National Net Lease Group and expansion efforts in the region. Prior to SRS, Patrick held various roles at Calkain, including Managing Partner. Patrick also has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
