Zhanna Solyanik has been working in the software development industry since 2005. Zhanna began their career at SRVR, LLC, where they served as a Senior Software Developer and then Lead Senior Software Developer. In their role as Lead Senior Software Developer, they managed a team of on-site and offshore members, monitored projects, assigned and prioritized tasks, and provided direction and assistance to the team. Zhanna also trained and guided new team members, ensuring their understanding of products and business, and conducted yearly reviews. In their role as Senior Software Developer, they collected marketing requirements, analyzed and proposed technical solutions for various marketing programs and promotions, and integrated payment systems with Authorize.Net API, Paypal, and Kount fraud prevention service. In 2018, they began working as a Senior Software Developer at Crowe.
