Echo Dickerson

Echo Dickerson is a Senior HR Professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching, organizational development, and employee relations across various sectors including distribution, entertainment, and education. They served as an Executive Coach and Business Consultant at Echo 2 Echo Coaching & Consulting from 2014 to 2021, and previously held positions such as HR Facilities Manager at SMU and HR Manager at Republic National Distributing Company. Echo is currently the Human Resources Director for the East Region at S&S Activewear. They hold a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution and Organizational Development from Southern Methodist University.
