Jorge Tarajano

Jorge Tarajano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and business operations, particularly within family businesses and ESOPs. Currently serving as a Collaborating Consultant at SSA Consultants since August 2021, Tarajano also holds the position of Chairman Of The Board at Pala Group, Inc., where involvement has spanned from January 2009 to the present. Tarajano previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Pala Group, Inc. from January 1992 to April 2018 and as Vice President at PALA Interstate from January 1986 to December 1991. Early in the career, Tarajano worked as a Project Engineer at International Paper in 1985. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
