Vice President Of People & Culture at SSA Group

Jason Stover has extensive experience in the field of people and culture management. Jason is currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at SSA Group since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Service Systems Associates as the Culture and Communication Director from June 2015 to February 2020. Jason also has experience as an Assistant General Manager & Director of Operations at Service Systems Associates, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations, achieving significant increases in concession sales and managing over 100 hourly employees during the season. Additionally, they worked as a General Manager at Service Systems Associates, leading day-to-day operations, achieving significant increases in concession sales and per cap, securing exclusive catering rights, and managing a restaurant renovation project.

Jason Stover completed a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate at Cornell University in 2021. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they attended Benedictine College where they studied Business Administration and Management. Jason also pursued Business Administration and Management at Adams State University from 2001 to 2004.
