Patrick Minnihan

Patrick Minnihan has extensive work experience in information technology, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Patrick began their career at Best Buy, where they started in sales before being promoted to a PC technician and eventually becoming an IT Team Lead. Patrick then moved on to work at Oberweis Asset Management as a Director of Information Technology, managing both Novell and NT 4 servers.

After that, Patrick joined Aramark, starting as a PC Installation Specialist and later serving as a Field Network Analyst, Technical Group Lead, and Denver District IT Manager. In these roles, they traveled to different locations, supported and upgraded servers and workstations, and managed various projects such as network redesign and POS implementation.

Patrick then worked at The California Parks Company as the Director of Information Technology, where they developed and implemented strategic plans to meet the company's IT needs. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of IT at SSA Group, where they lead IT strategic and operational planning, ensures efficient technology systems, and stays updated with industry trends.

Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.

Patrick Minnihan attended DeVry - Addison from 1998 to 2000, where they studied CIS (Computer Information Systems). During this time, they obtained a certification in A+. In 2002, they further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification. Later, in 2006, they acquired a certification from HDI (Help Desk Institute).
